We offer free delivery over the orders of Rs.2000. We would only charge Rs.150 for packaging and shipping if the order amount is less than Rs.2000. We also have urgent courier service which would charge Rs.350.
We accept Paypal, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer and the most favourite, Cash On Delivery.
As we are a Proud Pakistani service therefore we use Postal Service for all our deliveries. Delivery to anywhere within Pakistan could take up to 3 -5 working days.
We take all measures within our reach to secure our system and your private data. Be assured that we would never share your details with anyone. So feel safe shopping with us.
Once you press the order button, one of our customer service representative would contact you for order confirmation. If you have selected Bank Payment method, please pay the amount and send us a message. As soon as we got confirmation for your payment, we would process your order within 1 working day.
Well we would include printed invoices in your parcel. Moreover you always have invoices in your email once your order is confirmed.
Well, it doesn’t happen that some of our customer doesn’t receive the products but if in any case you don’t receive parcel after 5 days of ordering, please contact us. We would suggest to pay a visit to your nearest Local Post Office for confirmation. If you still don’t receive the item, we would send another parcel to you.
In case you don’t like the product, please provide us the photos of the fault and the reason why you did not like the product. The decision for refund is totally in the hands of our customer care representatives. Satisfy them with enough proofs and your refund would be processed.
